Environmental Policy

Northbridge Systems is committed to risk management principles in its business processes to ensure all works and services are performed in a consistent and controlled manner. Northbridge Group will eliminate or if that is not possible, reduced to as low as reasonably practicable, any adverse effects to the environment. In addition, achieving compliance with requirements of relevant legislation and specifically by maintaining a management system framework in compliance to ISO 14001:2015.

To achieve our Commitment, we will:

• Aim to prevent negative effects to the environment that may be caused by the work we do;
• Ensure Compliance to all relevant legislation;
• Consult where applicable with authorities and interest parties on Environmental management
and issues;
• Investigate all incidents and reported risk aspects to identify potential improvements in
Northbridge Group’s Environmental Management System processes and procedures.
• Review and where appropriate, amend the Environmental Management System to reflect
development in technology, statutory requirements, industry practices and community
standards.
• Use the Environmental Management System and applicable processes and procedures as the
tools to achieve best practice outcomes across the company;
• Seek to maintain process and systematic approach in achieving intended results, in accordance
with ISO 14001:2015;
• Implement measurable goals and objectives to ensure minimal negative Environmental impacts
across the company
• Provide all internal staff and interested parties with necessary information, appropriate
instruction, training and supervision.
• Communicate and make readily available the Environmental Management Systems to all internal staff and interested parties.
